Abstract

With advancements in technology, the implementation or manufacturing of new ideas is becoming less important. For example, a software program that used to take months to develop can now be developed in just a few days. Similarly, physical goods can be readily fabricated or manufactured. The true value is no longer in the implementation of an idea, but in the idea itself. Essentially, there are many companies that have the management as well as the operational and manufacturing capabilities to implement ideas quickly and cost-effectively. However, what they lack is the steady flow of good ideas.

EVx (www.evxglobal.com) has been working around the world to level the playing-field so that anyone with a good idea can be successful, no matter in which region or country they live, their educational or other background, or their financial limitations. In fact, some of the most commercially successful ideas have come from everyday individuals who identified a problem and then devised a practical solution to the problem. The potential for good ideas is within everybody, no matter their background, education, socioeconomic level or the country in which they live. To have good ideas, individuals simply require nurturing and the proper tools.

EVx partners with universities, associations and individuals around the world and teaches people how to have good ideas. Then, EVx protects their ideas, and works with global companies to commercialize those ideas.

This keynote will summarize EVx’s lessons from commercializing ideas from college students and faculty from around the world, and will highlight what students, faculty and researchers must do to be successful.

EVx is also holding its 2015 EVx World – Global Annual Summit together with WorldComp 2015, and all registered attendees of WorldComp 2015 will receive free registration to EVx World. Registered attendees of WorldComp 2015 must register for EVx World by Clicking Here.
